The most important adjustment they’ve made is adding “order windows” to all of their locations, including the one nearby in Eastern Market. The “window” refers to a clear plastic partition between you and the barista, which keeps you both protected as you place your order.

But if you don’t want to wait for your coffee to be brewed or your latte to be crafted, order ahead! The shop is using the Joe on the Go app to allow customers to preorder so that their beverages and small bites are ready to grab as soon as they arrive. You can also have Peregrine Espresso’s beans shipped directly to your doorstep, or order a gallon of their oat milk latte to-go and enjoy up to eight servings in the comfort of your home at The Residences at Eastern Market. Note that face coverings are required if you choose to stop in at the shop.
