Back for its 15th year, the 2019 Downtown Holiday Market showcases 150 artisans in the industries of jewelry, pottery, painting, and textiles. Sixty exhibitors offer diverse goods and rotate their wares each day to offer a variety of unique items to choose from. The community-based outdoor holiday gathering highlights small and local businesses with a diverse mix of unique and seasonal products to create a one-stop holiday destination. Its purpose is to provide a convenient market to fulfill your holiday shopping needs while offering support to local businesses. Festive snacks and treats will be available around the exhibits, along with seasonal entertainment to create a festive shopping environment. 

The holiday market is located across from the Capital One Arena and in front of the Smithsonian American Art Museum & National Portrait Gallery, spanning between 7th & 9th Streets, NW—not far from your Capitol Hill apartment!
